ADMISSION TO NCC
Students who have completed eight years of elementary education and who wish to enter the ninth grade at Newport Central Catholic High School should:
1. Send to the school, not later than the date designated by the principal, their registration with a fee of $25;
2. Take the High School Placement Test (HSPT), which is administered at NCC in December; and
3. Send an immunization record to NCC by August 15th.
Newport Central Catholic High School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, or national origin. Students of any race who meet the school’s eligibility requirements are admitted to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded to the students of Newport Central Catholic. NCC does not discriminate on the basis of race in administration of educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs.
